Academic Advisors
The academic dean and the academic assistant/registrar are available to any student desiring assistance in planning a schedule of courses. Be sure to also review the information on this page, especially as it relates to scheduling classes which may be offered only on alternating years.

Graduation Requirement Worksheets
You may find it helpful to use worksheets to determine which courses are required your program of study, whether an associate's degree or a one-year certificate. The worksheets are available in the office of the registrar and also online. For students enrolling in the associate's degree program are encouraged to complete, in each year, half the requirements in each section (i.e., Bible/theology, general education, specific concentration).

Alternating Year Classes
Several courses are specific to certain concentrations and are only offered every other year on an alternating basis. These courses include:
