Students will take a close look at the concept of leadership, examine historical and biblical models, study contemporary research on the topic and assess personal leadership traits with the goal of developing each person's leadership potential. Dan Ziegler received an associate's degree from Pinebrook Junior College, a bachelor's degree from Eastern Mennonite University, and a master's degree in management from Thomas Edison State College. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in organizational leadership. An engaging speaker and seminar leader with over 20 years of leadership experience, Dan served as executive director of Spruce Lake Retreat from 1999 to 2005, and as Haiti Administrator of Blue Ridge International for Christ from 1992 to 1994. RBC is offering the class at a special noncredit evening class rate of $199. The cost is $537 for those who want to take it for credit (three semester credit hours).
