Phil Weber
Phil received a bachelor of arts from Cedarville University and a master of arts from the University of Mobile with additional graduate studies at Asbury Theological Seminary. Phil served as Administrative Assistant/Director of Personnel Services at Rosedale Mennonite Missions from 1982 to 1985 and as a church planting associate from 1985–1987. He was president of the We Care prison ministry from 1987–2001. Phil has served on the faculty at RBC since 2001.
