The vision of Rosedale Bible College (RBC) is to be a center for the advancement of an engaged and evangelical Anabaptist faith. To that end, RBC hosted this symposium, welcoming members of the Anabaptist and Evangelical communities to gather and explore the unique perspectives of contemporary evangelical Anabaptism.
Evangelical Anabaptism in Action was the first such gathering, held November 16–18, 2006. We discussed, prayed about, and worked toward building up a church that practices the “true evangelical faith” described by Menno Simons: a faith that not only clothes the naked and feeds the hungry, but also “manifests itself in all righteousness and works of love” and “seeks that which is lost.”
