During the 2004 school year the students created a new coffee shop in what had been the bookstore. Nearly the entire project was completed by students, including the design, painting, and decorating.

Since its opening, the coffee shop has become a favorite spot where students can study, read, play cards, and socialize while enjoying a great cup of coffee, cappuccino, tea, or hot chocolate. Pastries and other food items are also available for purchase.
